To support a Clinical Engagement Services Center, the remote North Dakota Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will conduct telephonic consultations, perform comprehensive medication reviews, and provide patient education, working Monday through Friday with rotating shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST. Key Responsibilities Conduct telephonic consultations and comprehensive medication reviews with members Review medications and clinical information to identify gaps in care and therapeutic opportunities Provide patient education on medications and communicate clinical recommendations to members and healthcare providers Required Qualifications Must reside in North Dakota Active and unrestricted North Dakota Pharmacist license Strong knowledge of disease-state management and the 5 Core Elements of MTM Services 1+ year of experience working remotely/independently in a cross-functional environment Ability to navigate MTM platforms and multiple applications simultaneously
