To support the growing demand for mental health services, a part-time contract North Carolina Pre-Licensed Therapist will provide individual telehealth therapy to LGBTQ+ clients, delivering affirming, trauma-informed care while working toward full licensure with the support of free clinical supervision. Key responsibilities Provide individual therapy in a telehealth setting, utilizing evidence-based treatment tailored to LGBTQ+ clients Conduct clinical assessments and maintain timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EMR system Participate in regular clinical supervision to support professional development toward independent licensure Required qualifications Active North Carolina license as an LCSWA, LCMHCA, or LMFTA Experience and a strong passion for working with LGBTQ+ clients Cultural competence in delivering affirming, identity-centered care Comfortable providing individual therapy in a telehealth setting Able to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling
