To support medication adherence and quality initiatives, the full-time Certified Pharmacy Tech Quality Specialist will engage members, verify medication information, and assist in health management through a remote role based in North Carolina. Key responsibilities Verify and document member demographic and medication information in the MTM platform Contact members to explain MTM program benefits and schedule appointments with pharmacists Support Medicare Star Ratings and other pharmacy quality initiatives while managing high call volumes Required qualifications Active North Carolina Pharmacy Technician license PTCB certification High school diploma or GED 3+ years of experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or customer service Strong telephonic customer service experience
