North Carolina Licensed Therapist

To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Therapist will provide 100% remote outpatient therapy to clients with lower to moderate acuity populations, while enjoying predictable compensation and minimal administrative burden. Key responsibilities Deliver outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups, focusing on conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma Manage a consistent caseload with defined goals and expectations, while exercising clinical autonomy in treatment decisions Collaborate with an in-house referral network and receive operational support for scheduling, billing, and intake coordination Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred Strong clinical judgment and comfort in a fast-paced outpatient environment
