Key responsibilities Assess patient symptoms and health concerns via phone or electronic communication to determine the appropriate level of care Utilize clinical protocols and nursing judgment to prioritize patient needs and provide care recommendations Educate patients on symptom management, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care instructions Required qualifications Current RN license in North Carolina, required Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, required Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing One year of relevant experience, preferred Preferred certifications: ACLS, PALS, BAT, and DOT
