North Carolina Licensed Mental Health Therapist

To support a growing practice, the part-time North Carolina Licensed Mental Health Therapist will deliver remote evidence-based therapy to adult clients, maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, and complete documentation within 48 hours. Key responsibilities Provide evidence-based therapy using various modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT to adult clients Maintain a flexible schedule with 8-24 hours of availability, focusing on direct client care and assessments Collaborate with other mental health providers and ensure timely documentation in EMR systems Required qualifications Independently licensed in North Carolina as LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adults and at least 6 months of teletherapy experience Proficiency with clinical assessments such as PHQ-9 and familiarity with EHR systems Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states, with costs covered by the employer
