Supporting youth and families in the Foster Care program, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Foster Care Coordinator will provide guidance, coordination, and intervention while ensuring compliance with regulatory documentation and treatment plans in a hybrid remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage and coordinate support for assigned youth and families in the Foster Care program Ensure all documentation for foster children meets regulatory compliance and manage health records Implement trauma-informed practices in interactions with clients, peers, and leadership Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in social work or a related field Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience Valid Driver License and compliance with credentialing and licensing standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and designation as a Qualified Professional in NC Successful completion of a drug screening test and extensive background check
