North Carolina Licensed Client Manager

Managing client relationships, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Client Manager will serve as the primary contact for clients, oversee the placement of new and renewal accounts, and maintain strong carrier relationships while working onsite in Asheboro, NC. Key responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional service Manage the placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners across P&C and Life & Health lines Ensure successful renewal and retention of accounts through proactive service and relationship management Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field preferred Active P&C Insurance License or L&H Insurance License required Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is a plus Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
