Working remotely, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury, manage communication with clients and attorneys, and negotiate settlements while handling a high volume of cases. Key responsibilities Investigate automobile accidents and assess coverage, liability, and damages Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels to provide exceptional service Negotiate fair and timely injury settlements using innovative platforms and tools Required qualifications Prior represented third-party casualty claim handling experience is required Experience in SC, NC, or AL claims is highly preferred 2-5 years of moderate/complex Bodily Injury claim handling experience is preferred Prior litigation experience is necessary
