Bilingual Spanish/English associate clinicians (LMHCA or LCSWA) will provide evidence-based teletherapy to K-12 students across North Carolina in a part-time, remote role, with guaranteed pay and free supervision during consistent afternoon/evening hours. Key responsibilities Provide teletherapy to students and collaborate with school counselors and families Participate in weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and clinical team discussions Manage a growing caseload of Latino students and families, ensuring culturally competent care Required qualifications Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems Availability for predictable hours, Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM
