To support digital connectivity initiatives, North Carolina Host Site Partners will co-design a place-based fellowship project, host a fellow with local insight, and receive national training and support, with the opportunity available for the program year. Key responsibilities Co-design a fellowship project aligned with the organization's goals Provide dedicated supervision and support for the fellow through regular check-ins Draft a compliant position description focused on community capacity-building initiatives Required qualifications Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, government entity, or faith-based organization Ability to provide a dedicated workspace and necessary operational tools for the fellow Commitment to leveraging local networks for candidate recruitment Experience in community capacity-building initiatives Willingness to engage in national training and shared learning opportunities
