To support a growing personal injury law practice, the full-time North Carolina Case Qualification Specialist will review exception cases, evaluate potential claims, and communicate empathetically with prospective clients while documenting findings in intake systems. Key responsibilities Review exception cases, focusing on injuries, liability, and potential red flags Provide clear recommendations to the managing attorney regarding case signings, referrals, or declines Proactively follow up with clients to enhance satisfaction and address concerns Required qualifications 5 or more years of personal injury law experience Experience evaluating premises liability and general negligence claims Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially with injured clients and families Strong critical thinking abilities and attention to detail Consistent follow-through in a fast-paced environment
