Supporting event planning and community engagement, the full-time Nonprofit Community Associate will manage logistics for Nonprofit Community events, facilitate communication within the community, and assist in project support, all while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end event planning and delivery for Nonprofit Community events, including registration, logistics, and post-event feedback Manage online and offline community groups, fostering engagement and maintaining resources for members Assist in providing resources and support for existing Commons volunteer projects and Nonprofit Community teams Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in planning and coordinating large-scale events (100+ attendees) Experience in the nonprofit sector, with a passion for social impact and understanding of the NGO ecosystem Proficiency in Slack and event management tools, with strong organizational skills for remote work Familiarity with Salesforce Nonprofit Community programs and related platforms Time zone flexibility to accommodate global events across various regions
