Non-Voice Support with French and English (Fully Remote)

• Provide non-voice support via email and chat to Spotify users.
• Handle common how-to and FAQ questions.
• Assist with account and payment-related issues.

Requirements:

• Fluency in French (C1) and English (C1).
• Valid EU work permit to work in Bulgaria.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends.
• Fully remote training and work from anywhere in Bulgaria.
