AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain client referral relationships with Realtors, builders and developers and make sales calls on potential or existing customers to develop new business or retain existing business.
- Recruit and hire MLOs for the branch and motivate staff to achieve maximum production levels.
- Act as a resource for branch staff.
- Train and oversee the branch staff relative to proper techniques and standards, with appropriate follow-through.
- Monitor quality of loans originated by MLOs and ensure they are within company policy guidelines. Also, monitor MLO compensation plans and keep them in balance with production.
- Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures.
- This position is prohibited from discussing and/or negotiating loan terms with borrowers. This position is prohibited from taking a loan application.
