Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Training and Experience :
- Must have AOC/NKE Cell planning and operations experience.
- Have attended the USAF Non-Kinetic Operation Coordination Course (NKOC).
Security Clearance:
Must possess and maintain a Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary specialist for non ‑ kinetic operations planning within the AOC/NKE Cell, applying established doctrine, integration procedures, and operational best practices.
- Provide subject ‑ matter expertise on non ‑ kinetic effects, tools, capabilities, and coordination processes to support air operations planning, execution, and assessment.
- Participate in daily AOC planning cycles, synchronizing non ‑ kinetic effects with kinetic operations, ISR, C2, and joint/coalition mission objectives.
- Support development of non ‑ kinetic course ‑ of ‑ action options by contributing technical knowledge, operational considerations, and integration guidance for mission planners.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
