Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- Part of 20+ member team. Managing project plans for different divisions in Decatur IL, for Client. Team based in TUCSON, DECATUR, AURORA, PEORIA, AUSTRALIA
- Working on a lot of key Client projects – NPI, Electrification, SUPPLY CHAIN AND OPERATIONS, CPI etc.
Typical task breakdown:
- Managing project plans in MSP, facilitating control meetings, facilitating project planning meetings, ensure quality of project plans, tracking risks, actions items and issues associated with projects.
Interaction with team:
- Project control meetings, PMO staff meetings, planning meetings
- Emails, MS Teams, In person meetings
Team Structure
- 20+ Team – Rolls up to 200+ global team member organization (Global Program Management)

Education & Experience Required:
- Years of experience: 2-4 years experience required
- Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
