Non-Invasive Cardiology Physician

AdventHealth in Kansas City is seeking highly skilled and patient-focused BC/BE cardiologists to join their rapidly expanding practices across Shawnee Mission, Lenexa City Center, and South Overland Park. This opportunity is within a busy practice featuring a comprehensive cardiovascular program. The role involves performing procedures such as Nuclear Stress tests, TEEs, CATs, and MRIs, contributing to a team dedicated to faith-based, whole-person care.

Practice Info

• Comprehensive cardiovascular program inclusive of EP, Complex PCI, Structural Heart, HF and Open-Heart Surgery
• Group consists of 10 Non-Invasives, 5.5 Interventionalists, 2 Electrophysiologists, 4 Vascular Surgeons, 1 Cardiothoracic Surgeon, and 16 APPs
• Located at Shawnee Mission, Lenexa City Center and South Overland Park

Responsibilities

• Perform Nuclear Stress tests
• Perform TEEs
• Perform CATs
• Perform MRIs

Compensation

• Guaranteed initial base salary with a wRVU production component
• Sign-on bonus

Requirements

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, staff, and patients
• Strong communication skills
• Strong medical decision-making skills
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
• Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Kansas medical license
• Current DEA registration or eligible to obtain
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based medicine
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
