Opportunity Details

• Part‑Time (21 hours per week) – Non‑Invasive Cardiologist opportunity within a growing, hospital‑based academic practice
• Provide inpatient consultations and outpatient cardiology care in a collaborative team environment
• Interpret EKGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests
• Perform exercise echocardiograms, transesophageal echocardiogram and participate in advanced cardiac imaging
• Teach and mentor medical residents and Weill Medical College of Cornell University

Qualifications

• Current NYS license (or the ability to obtain one)
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Cardiology

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary: $178,500 (Board Eligible) or $183,750 (Board Certified) based on 21‑hour work week
• Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours
• Estimated annual total compensation: $272,870 (Board Eligible) or $278,645 (Board Certified) (includes base, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors)
• Projected bonus up to $21,000 contingent on meeting quality and productivity targets
• 401(k) company contribution: 3% immediately vested; additional 7% after one year (no employee match)
