City of Hope is seeking a full-time Non-Invasive Cardiologist for a clinical faculty position at its Irvine, CA campus. The provider will divide their clinical time between inpatient, outpatient, and imaging services while engaging in academic, administrative, and teaching activities. This role provides care within a state-of-the-art 73-bed hospital and comprehensive oncology-focused academic environment.
Practice Info
- Coverage at only one location: hospital is located on campus
- State-of-the-art facilities: 73 bed hospital, 4 operating room suites, 8 bed ICU
- Non-invasive services confined to one site at the Irvine campus
Responsibilities
- Divide clinical time between inpatient, outpatient, and imaging services
- Participate in dedicated time for academic, admin, and teaching activities
- Conduct 4 half-day outpatient clinic sessions per week
- Perform 20-30 echocardiograms per week
Compensation
- Base Salary Range: $320,000 - $345,000 (Assistant Clinical to Clinical Professor levels)

Shift & Schedule
- Full-time employment
- Inpatient call will be 1:3 weeks
- 4 half-day outpatient clinic sessions per week
Qualifications
- Fellows strongly encouraged to apply
- Active or eligible for California medical license
- ABIM board certification in Cardiovascular Medicine
- Board certification in Echocardiography (highly preferred)
- Competency with bedside procedures including TEE and cardioversion
- Strong communication skills
