Non-Invasive Cardiologist

RecruitWell is seeking a permanent, non-invasive cardiologist for an outpatient role in Downtown Brooklyn, New York. The position offers a collaborative, team-based environment within a physician-led multispecialty group with no call or hospital responsibilities. • Team-based environment with RN support, a dedicated MA (1:1), and an APP
• Multispecialty group with multiple specialties onsite
• Patient population includes commercially insured, Medicaid, and Medicare patients, as well as underserved communities
• EMR: Epic

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and ongoing disease management
• Perform non-invasive cardiac testing
• Perform echocardiography and stress echocardiography
• Perform electrocardiogram interpretation
• Conduct cardiovascular disease prevention and screening
• Perform metabolic and peripheral vascular disease testing
• Conduct pacemaker and defibrillator monitoring

Compensation

• Annual salary range: $400,000–$575,000
• RVU incentive opportunity
• Generous referral fees

Requirements

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible non-invasive cardiologist
• Open to new graduates - no 2027 graduates, unfortunately
• Completion of accredited internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship training required before starting
• COCATS Level II or Level III training preferred
• Nuclear cardiology certification through CBNC and echocardiography certification through NBE required
• Radiation safety certification required; specific credential requirements to be confirmed with the client
• Active, unrestricted New York State medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
• Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll
• BLS or ACLS certification strongly preferred
