- 100% outpatient, office-based practice
- Emphasis on non-interventional, conservative care
- Patient population consists primarily of personal injury cases with some workers' compensation

Compensation
- Year 1 base salary: $300,000 - $350,000+
- Year 2: Transition to a draw on a percentage of collections

Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited PM&R residency
- Active New Jersey medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Experience with personal injury or workers' compensation cases preferred, but not required
