A significant succession opportunity. The incoming partner will join an established insurance defense practice and take over a retiring partner's book over the next several years while building their own client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage litigation matters and client relationships
- Transition and take over a retiring partner's practice
- Build and grow their own client base
- Meet billable hours targets: 1600 in 1 year, 1700 thereafter
Requirements
- Established insurance defense litigation experience
- Portable book of $100,000 preferred
- Strong business development and practice-building skills
- Interest in long-term succession and leadership
- Admitted and in good standing in New Hampshire
If hours targets are met, 10% bonus on origination plus 10% bonus on receipts.
