What You'll Do

As a Non-certified Med Aide, you'll provide hands-on, resident-centered care that supports dignity, independence, and quality of life. Your day may include:

• Administer delegated, non-injectable treatments in accordance with the resident service plan and direction of a licensed nurse
• Providing compassionate personal care while respecting each resident's privacy and preferences
• Accurate and detailed documentation of care
• Transmit, receive, and track clinical documents to and from providers, pharmacies, and external partners

Pay range, depending on experience: $20.50 to $28.25 per hour with shift differential if applicable.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School/GED
• Knowledge of and commitment to resident rights and dignity
• Heimlich maneuver training required
• First Aid certification is required within 120 days of hire
• Oregon CNA1 or CMA preferred
