• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Proficiency in using a 2-wheel dolly for transporting goods.

Qualifications
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to drive or possess a CDL.
• A minimum of one year of driving experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• No DUI/DWI violations allowed; candidates must not have more than two preventable accidents within the past three years.
• Must satisfy DOT testing and physical requirements and pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Candidates should reside within a 40-mile radius of Ravenna, OH, or be open to relocating for the role.
Compensation And Benefits
• Average weekly hours range from 45 to 50, with overtime compensation available after 40 hours.
• Additional pay incentives include eligibility for performance increases and safety bonuses after 90 days of employment.
• Direct deposit payments are issued weekly.

- Handle the loading and unloading of freight, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of over 200-300 cases daily.
- Uphold safe driving practices while adhering to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
- Return home after completing daily routes, working Monday to Saturday with designated off days.
