5 nocturnists on per night
ICU Coverage
Cross-cover ICU (split between floor and ICU call)
Call the in-house nocturnist/intensivist as needed
Always someone available to assist
Advance plan of care, not just monitor
Rapids & Codes
Dedicated rapid response and code team
Critical Care responds to codes you may assist if it is your patient
Workload
10 patient encounters per night
8 12 admissions (average 8 10)
Handoff patients to ER if needed
$455,000 Base Salary
$10,000 Annual Quality Bonus
