Nocturnist Physician - Night Urgent Care with Equity

Included Health is seeking a board-certified physician with broad clinical expertise to deliver care to patients of all ages across urgent and primary care settings. You will maintain thorough patient records and collaborate with provider and support teams to improve access and quality of care.

This role reports to the Medical Director of Urgent Care and requires 3+ years post-residency in fast-paced urgent or primary care, active board certification, and a valid US medical license.
