Practice Info
- Well-established team of 37 physicians and five advanced practice providers (APPs)
- Supported by a clinical performance nurse and a practice manager
- Team actively participates in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement
- Work in a closed ICU environment with 24/7 intensivist coverage
- Average census per nocturnist is 10-11 admits per night
- EMR is EPIC
Responsibilities
- Work exclusively overnight shifts
- Deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours
- Focus on managing complex cases
- Utilize an APP for cross coverage call at night
Compensation
- 182.5 shifts a year
- Nocturnist's yearly base compensation is $313,900
- Eligible for both PPI and PQI bonuses

Requirements
- Comfortable with a nocturnal schedule
