Nocturnist Physician 32h/wk with Equity & Benefits

Included Health is seeking a board-certified physician with broad clinical expertise to provide care to patients of all ages across urgent and primary care settings. You will document records, maintain current patient information, and work with provider and support teams to improve access and quality of care.

This role reports to the Medical Director of Urgent Care. Requires 3+ years post-residency in high-volume settings, ABMS/AOA board certification, and a current US medical license with IMLCC
