Bring Better to the Bedside as a Nocturnist in Buffalo, New York at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo. We believe in bringing better care and collaboration to our community, and we’re excited to support your professional growth while serving a vibrant local area.

Team Collaboration

Join a close‑knit team of 15 physicians and 3 APPs. Our clinicians come from diverse backgrounds and work collaboratively with staff and departments. Multiple committees are available for leading or joining.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible nurse practitioner
• Hospitalist experience required
• Authorized to work in the United States

Scheduling

Flexible scheduling is available. Full‑time positions follow a 7‑days‑on, 7‑days‑off rotation. Shifts are scheduled from 7:00PM to 7:00AM. We entertain candidates for full‑time, part‑time, and PRN shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform admissions and cross coverage during overnight shifts
• Closed ICU with intensivists on hand 24/7; procedures and codes are not required
• Use EPIC EMR and our internal informatics platform

Rewards and Compensation

$170,000 base salary with opportunities for performance‑based bonuses and a $25,000 commencement bonus. Excellent total rewards package.
