Practice Info
- Become part of a cohesive and long-standing team of 26 physicians with the support of a clinical performance nurse at St. Joseph’s Medical Center.
- Our team comprises clinicians from diverse geographic, educational, and training backgrounds.
- We work in a closed ICU setting with 24/7 intensivist coverage.
- Our team is not required to do procedures.
- We work with Family Medicine and Internal Medicine residents.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.
- Participate in hospital committees and the community.
- Teach Family Medicine and Internal Medicine residents.
Compensation
- The expected annual compensation for this role is $400,000+.
- Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
Shift & Schedule
- This is a nocturnist schedule: 7 PM - 7 AM.
- Flexible block schedule.
Requirements
- Comfortable with a nocturnal schedule.
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- IM or FM board certification or eligibility, with the expectation of obtaining certification.
- Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in California.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available.
