- Well-established team of 10 physicians and one advanced practice provider (APP) at Texas Health Rockwall
- Supported by a clinical performance nurse and a practice manager
- Integral part of the hospital community with strong relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups
- EMR is EPIC
Responsibilities
- Work exclusively overnight shifts
- Primarily an admitting position
- Run codes and rapids
- Manage an average census of 10-11 admits per night
Compensation
- Base of $310,250 annually
- 182.5 shifts a year
- Eligible for both PPI (Productivity Performance Incentive) and PQI (Quality Performance Incentive) bonuses
