Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment.
- Focus on cross-covering and admissions, alongside several other nocturnists and a night Advanced Practice Provider.
- Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients.
- Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments, serving on committees and contributing to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).
- Utilize Epic EMR system.
Compensation
- Annual compensation up to $385,000 - $420,000, based on the number of shifts worked.
- Eligible for additional productivity and quality bonuses.
- Moonlighting premium for additional shifts.
Shift & Schedule
- Nocturnist hours are 5 pm - 5 am and 7 pm - 7 am.
- Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.
- This is a full or part-time nocturnist position.
Requirements
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care.
- Board Certified/board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine.
- H1B visa sponsorship available.
- New grads, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
