Practice Info
- Well-established team of 16 Physicians and 6 APPs
- Work alongside highly trained specialists across the continuum of specialties
- Open ICU with minimal expectation of our team - full critical care support
Responsibilities
- Manage admissions, cross-coverage calls, and Rapid Responses throughout the night in collaboration with the Advanced Practice Provider
Compensation
- Full-time yearly base salary of $364,000
- Productive and quality incentives are provided in addition to the base salary
- Commencement bonus and relocation allowance provided
Shift & Schedule
- Nocturnist shifts are set as 7 pm-7 am
- Block scheduling is best
- Current cadence is 7 shifts on and 7 shifts off
Requirements
- Board-certified or eligible in family medicine or internal medicine
- All levels of experience considered. New graduates, residents, and fellows are welcome to apply
- Comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours
