- Join an established team of 20 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers (APPs) at AdventHealth Palm Coast and AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, many of whom are bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Benefit from strong leadership and a clinical performance nurse who supports the team.
- ICU is closed.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex cases with the support of a dedicated team.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings with pharmacy and case management every morning to discuss patient care plans.
Compensation
- Competitive salary ranging from $250,000 – $335,000, based on experience and performance.
Shift & Schedule
- Flexible scheduling options, including nocturnist shifts, are available to support work-life balance, with teammates providing collaborative coverage when needed.
Requirements
- Board-certified in internal medicine or family medicine.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
