Compensation
- Sign-on bonus of up to $60,000
- Relocation assistance of up to $20,000
- Productivity bonus up to 129,800 (RVU based)
- Quality Bonus up to $25,000
- Full-time annual compensation is $398,810+ bonuses and differentials

Shift & Schedule
- 13 shifts per month (avg)
- 12-hr Nocturnist shift with an average admitting volume of 8-10
- Physicians (in general) have 2 weekends off each month
- Flexible scheduling policy
Requirements
- MD or DO degree (or equivalent medical degree) from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine and board certification or board-eligibility in Internal Medicine at time of hire or Family Medicine with 2 years of direct experience
- Valid medical licensure in the State of California (or eligibility to obtain it) prior to starting
- Unrestricted DEA
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nocturnist
