BayCare Medical Group is a physician‑led medical group seeking a Nocturnist APRN to join our team at Mease Countryside Hospital in Safety Harbor, Florida .
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inpatient care and a demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Certified Nurse Practitioners in Acute Care, Family, or Adult/Geriatric specialties, as well as Physician Assistants with hospitalist experience, are encouraged to apply. Successful candidates will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Position Requirements
- Florida licensure
- APRN certification
- 2 years’ experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
- Adult Gerontology and/or Acute Care Certification
- 7 days on, 7 days off schedule
- Shift: 7 pm – 7 am
