To ensure customer success through proactive maintenance and monitoring, the full-time NOC Technician will provide antivirus maintenance, manage Windows updates, and oversee backup and recovery processes in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Perform antivirus maintenance, deployment validation, and endpoint software upgrades Manage Windows updates by resolving failed updates and scheduling necessary server reboots Deploy and configure backup agents, troubleshoot alerts, and execute file and system recovery operations Required qualifications Experience with antivirus and endpoint software management Familiarity with Windows update processes and troubleshooting Proficient in backup and recovery solutions Motivation to earn industry certifications with support provided Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
