Ensuring customer success through proactive maintenance and monitoring, the full-time NOC Technician will manage antivirus maintenance, Windows updates, and backup and recovery processes in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Perform antivirus maintenance, deployment validation, and endpoint software upgrades Manage Windows updates, including resolving failed updates and scheduling server reboots Deploy and configure backup agents and policies, troubleshoot alerts, and recover files and systems Required qualifications Experience with NOC services and ticket management processes Motivation to earn industry certifications, with costs covered by the employer Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in DNS filtering and backup and recovery systems Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
