NOC shift differentials of $2-$3 offered too, which helps to increase your hourly wage!Our current scheduling needs are:Full-time overnight shift (10:00pm-6:30am)Various schedules availableIdeal candidates must have a heart for serving others, as well as:A commitment to Touchmark's values, as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and giversA high school diploma or equivalentA genuine interest in caring for the senior population and working in a geriatric environment, performing a variety of care activities to keep people healthy and safeThe willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentialityThe ability to lead a team of caregivers and provide support and guidanceThe ability to maintain patient and display tactful and kind composure when dealing with residents, family members, and guestsTeam player, ready to roll up your sleeves and work hardReliableBe able to read, write, and speak EnglishMust be 18 years old or olderExperience preferred, but not required.
