To enhance member relationships, the full-time NMLS Registered Consultant will make outbound calls to potential and existing members, promoting credit union products and services while achieving sales goals in a remote capacity across select states. Key responsibilities: Generate business through outbound calls and follow up with members to provide tailored solutions and improve financial well-being Track daily sales totals and maintain accurate records of member interactions in the CRM Educate members on product offerings and assist with resolving requests related to loans and deposits Required qualifications: Minimum 3 years of related experience with a proven track record in sales NMLS Registered and successful completion of compliance-related coursework Working knowledge of credit union products, applicable laws, and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with members and staff
