Producing high-quality loans in compliance with Reverse Mortgage guidelines, the full-time NMLS Licensed Reverse Mortgage Specialist will manage a personal pipeline, achieve production goals, and provide exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities Manage personal pipeline production and resolve issues related to loan closing and funding Exhibit a sense of urgency in executing job functions while adhering to company standards of integrity and client focus Meet or exceed established customer service delivery levels and perform additional duties as assigned Required qualifications Active NMLS License is required Minimum 6 months of experience in Reverse Mortgage Sales or related mortgage origination High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred Successful completion of reverse mortgage originator training Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
