Supporting the customer journey from application to initial disclosures, the full-time remote NMLS Licensed Loan Officer Assistant will assist Loan Officers by gathering documentation, managing a pipeline of over 200 loan applications monthly, and ensuring timely follow-ups for successful loan closings. Key responsibilities Assist Loan Officers in gathering required documentation and ensuring minimum submission requirements are met Manage a pipeline of loan applications and follow up on disclosed loans for timely signing Provide excellent customer service and assist with borrower requests while promoting a people-first culture Required qualifications 1+ year of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or Sales Assistant Active NMLS license or ability to acquire one within the first 90 days of hire Experience using loan origination systems such as Meridian Link, Blend, and/or Google Suite High school diploma or equivalent Proven success working 100% remote in prior positions
