To support a growing mortgage division, the full-time NMLS Licensed Construction Loan Officer will convert inbound leads into loans by promoting competitive mortgage products and services while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Convert incoming leads into loans and establish a strong presence for the company Analyze current rates and programs to provide accurate information to borrowers and negotiate terms Manage a personal pipeline, ensuring service standards and financial goals are met while complying with applicable regulations Required qualifications: NMLS license and state license under the SAFE Act 5-10 years of construction sales or origination experience in a consumer direct or call center environment Experience in collecting and analyzing borrower income and negotiating loan terms Proven ability in converting leads and proactively soliciting new business Knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, and underwriting procedures
