Project Manager For NJ Statewide Health Information NetworkThis program management role is one where the primary job is that of project manager with formal project management experience with an added desire to find someone who also has worked with program management of HIE systems. This position is one that will be extended beyond the dates above. This position is for a project manager with program management experience to oversee the NJ Statewide Health Information Network (NJ HIN) which exchanges clinical and public health data via national interoperability standards throughout the state. The successful candidate has experience managing vendors, budgets, grants, and information technology projects.

Experience leading advisory councils, outreach to providers and hospitals, consensus building across conflicting priorities. An ideal candidate will have managed and worked health information exchanges, meaningful use guidelines, and Medicaid systems, but this is not required. This position is seeking an individual with IT knowledge and formal project management experience that has worked and managed HIE systems, to coordinate relationships with hospital and medical institution CTOs and CIOs. Candidate should have budgetary experience and have worked with high level executives on advisory councils or collaborative organizations.
