Additionally, we offer a creative, flexible, supportive and fun environment!Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Serve as Project Manager for highway-oriented projectsManage and serve as mentor to Highway Design Department staffAssist with preparing workload and budget projectionsPerform Business Development activities including attending marketing meetings with various agencies and attending professional society eventsReview Requests for Proposals and perform assessment of project pursuit strategiesPrepare technical and price proposalsManage project schedules and budgetsAssist with Quality Control/Quality Assurance ReviewsJob Requirements15+ years of experienceNJ PE LicensePrevious experience with NJDOT, NJTPK, and/or NJTPAExperience working on County Projects, DRPA and DRJTBC is a bonusServed as a Project Manager or Highway Task LeaderWilling to attend marketing eventsStrong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlinesKnowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteValid Driver's LicensePay Range: $150,000 - $200,000Don't meet every qualification or skill in the description?
