To support pediatric care management, the full-time salaried NJ Licensed Pediatric RN will coordinate care plans, monitor patient services, and mentor new staff while working remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinates and assists in the implementation of care plans for members Monitors and evaluates the appropriateness and effectiveness of patient care across various service sites Acts as a mentor and subject matter expert for new RNs and participates in quality improvement initiatives Required qualifications Active Unrestricted NJ RN License or active Compact License required High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience required Minimum of two (2) years' experience in healthcare payer roles required CCM certification preferred
