Our campaign operates with discipline, clarity, and a strong focus on community engagement and strategic execution.We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Campaign Operations Associate to support daily operations, volunteer outreach, and donor research. This is a remote position with consistent weekday collaboration.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys research and systems, and wants hands-on experience in a competitive congressional race.Core Responsibilities:Volunteer Recruitment & Community Outreach:Manage communications with college clubs, community organizations, civic groups, churches, and political organizationsTrack outreach efforts and maintain organized follow-up systemsSupport the development and growth of the campaign's volunteer baseDaily Campaign Operations:Maintain and update the campaign's master task management systemsPrepare daily meeting agendas and take notes during morning team meetingsEnsure action items are assigned, tracked, and completedDonor Research & Data Support:Conduct research using public records, campaign finance disclosures, and other available sourcesCompile concise donor profiles to support fundraising outreachOrganize research findings into usable, decision-ready summariesCRM & Call Time Support:Manage and update records within campaign CRMs and databasesTrack outreach activity, donor communications, and pledge follow-upsOperate dialer sessions during candidate call timeDraft and send follow-up emails and campaign materials as neededCommunications Support:Draft outreach emails and volunteer messagingAssist with roadmapping outreach campaignsCreate simple digital materials using design tools as neededQualifications:Strong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable working in spreadsheets, CRMs, and databasesStrong written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable handling confidential information with discretionInterest in politics, public service, or campaignsPreferred but not required:Prior campaign or nonprofit experienceExperience conducting research using public records or finance disclosuresFamiliarity with digital organizing or fundraising environmentsWhat We're Looking For:This role requires someone who is:Self-motivated and dependable in a remote work environmentStructured and systems-orientedResponsive and proactiveCalm under pressureComfortable supporting senior leadership directlyCompensation & Structure:$20 per hourApproximately 30 hours per weekRemote position
