Job Summary

• Renewed compensation ($315K) + $75,000 Start Bonus**

Work 7 nights on/14 nights off; Generous full-time salary and full-time benefits

Mission Hospital is seeking a CRNA to join our night shift anesthesia team under a unique coverage model that provides full-time salary and benefits.

Position Details

• Well supported 7p-7a shift
• Dedicated call room
• Self-scheduled within the team
• Extra shift pay, above regular scheduled shifts allowed, if desired

Job Requirements

• Active North Carolina APRN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Proficiency in placement of spinal blocks
• Management of epidurals and peripheral regional blocks (placement not required)

• 815 bed Level 1 trauma center, flagship hospital of Mission Health
• Tertiary care center for Western North Carolina providing comprehensive surgical and anesthesia services across a wide range of specialties including OB, pediatrics, and interventional radiology
• Collaborative anesthesia care team model with 1 anesthesiologist and 3 CRNAs in house overnight
