Night Shift Supervisor
Are you a compassionate nurse who enjoys leading a team and making a difference? CareCore at Margaret Hall is looking for a dedicated Night Shift Supervisor to help lead our nursing team and provide exceptional care to our residents during overnight hours.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and support nursing staff on the night shift
- Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
- Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns
- Assist with admissions, assessments, and clinical oversight as needed
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the nursing team
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN license preferred (LPNs with strong leadership experience are encouraged to apply)
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
